We loved staff and location here. They offered extra pillows too. What's more, there was check-in in the room.

Accommodation was reasonably spacious and bright, beds were very comfy. The buffet breakfast had a good choice of choices. Its location was central, an easy walk to Leinster Gardens. I loved my stay, it was really really nice.

All in all everything was fine, had a very very good stay during our weekend in London. Hotel offered lots of meals for buffet breakfast. Queensway tube station can be reached within 10 minutes walk.

I liked staff and location. The rooms with coffee, tea, as for instance. There were plenty of restaurants to eat, like Caesar Restaurant that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Good value in a very central location. Absolutely amazing staff, SAVOURY breakfast and fantastic bar. Outstanding view, a small balcony, perfect bed, too. There is Chozen Noodle serving quick meals 10 mins walk from the hotel.

The property was joyful and we had a fun stay. Breakfast was very satisfying, staff was incredibly polite, place was reasonably clean. Had relaxing drinks in the sky bar. We loved that it was nearby a tube station.
