We loved staff and location here. They offered extra pillows too. What's more, there was check-in in the room.
Disappointing aspect was very small bathroom.

I liked staff and location. The rooms with coffee, tea, as for instance. There were plenty of restaurants to eat, like Caesar Restaurant that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Good value in a very central location. Absolutely amazing staff, SAVOURY breakfast and fantastic bar. Outstanding view, a small balcony, perfect bed, too. There is Chozen Noodle serving quick meals 10 mins walk from the hotel.
Scary area.

By and large, it was reasonable base for sightseeing in London, had much fun. Great room amenities like television and coffee. Free Wi Fi worked.
The room was very small, we expected better. In a hotel like this - mold is unacceptable.
